At Neonsfeer, we create each neon sign by hand, customized just for you. Here’s our policy regarding returns, defects, and cancellations:

1. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If your neon sign arrives defective or doesn’t match your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@neonsfeer.com.
  • We’ll assess the issue and, if necessary, send you a free replacement.
  • Note: Since all of our products are custom-made, we cannot offer refunds, only replacements.

2. Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, production begins and the order cannot be canceled.
  • Send your cancellation request to info@neonsfeer.com.

3. Return Policy for Stock Items

    Since all our products, both from the collection and custom designs, created by our designers - are handmade based on the size, color, and specifications provided by the customer. Therefore, we do not accept returns. If a return is approved for any reason by our sales or support team, the return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

    Please note that all our products are considered custom-made. This is also stated on the collection page.

    4. Warranty

    • You have a 24-month warranty on all products purchased after July 1, 2022.
    • For products purchased before that date, there is a 12-month warranty.
    • If your neon sign breaks within the warranty period, let us know and we’ll replace it for free.

    5. Important Note

    • Each neon sign is handmade. There may be slight differences between the final product and the design preview you received.
