Refund Policy
At Neonsfeer, we make every neon sign by hand and custom made especially for you. Below you'll find our policy on returns, defects and cancellations:
1. Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Items
- Is your neon sign defective or does it not match what you ordered? Let us know within 7 days of receipt via info@neonsfeer.com.
- We'll look into it and, if necessary, send you a new sign free of charge.
- Please note: Because all our products are made to measure, we cannot give refunds. We only offer a replacement.
2. Cancellations
- You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, we get to work and the order can no longer be cancelled.
- Send your cancellation request to info@neonsfeer.com.
3. Returns Policy for Stock Products
Since all our products, both from the collection and custom designs by our designers, are made by hand based on the dimensions, colours and specifications provided by the customer, we do not accept returns.
Should our sales or support team approve a return for any reason, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
4. Warranty
You get a 24 month warranty on all products.
Neon signs suitable for outdoor use come with a 12 month warranty.
If your neon sign breaks within the warranty period, get in touch with us and we'll replace it free of charge.
5. Important Note
- Every neon sign is handmade. There may be a slight difference between the final product and the preview you saw beforehand.
