Which colours are available?
Our designer chooses the colours based on the colours in your uploaded logo and what suits the look best. You will see these colours in the design in your quote. Would you prefer a different colour? Just let us know! We offer 12 different LED neon colours:
White, Warm white, Pink, Light pink, Blue, Ice blue, Turquoise, Green, Red, Orange, Yellow and Purple.
Want all colours in one neon? Choose our RGB option, which lets you change the colour with the included remote control and dimmer. This option is available for an extra 25%.
Can I use my neon sign outdoors?
Our neon signs are designed for indoor use as standard. Want to hang your neon outside? Choose our weatherproof option, available for an extra 20%.
What size will my neon logo be?
We determine the minimum size at which your logo looks its best. Because we make every neon by hand, we make sure the design stays beautiful and detailed, even in smaller sizes.
Your quote includes this minimum size along with several larger options, so you can choose what suits you best. For larger designs (more than 100 cm long or 50 cm high) we can deliver the neon in two parts, which makes shipping and mounting easier.
Can I still change my quote?
Yes, that is possible! We can adjust your quote so it matches exactly what you want. Feel free to contact us by email or phone and we will be happy to help.
Can I still make changes after placing my order?
As soon as your order is placed, we start production straight away to deliver your neon as quickly as possible. Spotted a mistake in your order? Contact us right away.
We do our very best to process your change or cancellation as quickly as possible before production starts.
How do I pay for my neon logo?
Your quote and design are ready, and you can now finalise details such as size, colour, power point and cable length to your liking.
When you are happy with your design, you can place your order straight away using our secure payment methods. You will then receive an order confirmation and we will put your neon logo into production right away.
What is the delivery time after payment?
The delivery time is 6-8 working days from the moment you order until delivery. Need your neon sign sooner?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all our neon signs. You receive a tracking code and benefit from premium insured shipping, so your order arrives safely and without worries. We ship with FedEx or DHL. Import duties and local taxes are paid by the recipient.
Will I get a tracking code after payment?
Yes, as soon as your payment has been processed and your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code from us.
This lets you easily follow your order until it is delivered to you.

Every neon sign comes with the materials you need and clear instructions. Setting it up is quick and easy, so you can enjoy your neon in no time!

What if I don't want to or can't drill into my wall?
No problem! We offer several alternatives:
- Hanging from the ceiling: On request we supply a cable hanging system free of charge.
- Placing on a surface: You can stand your neon on a shelf or table. We optionally offer a freestanding frame.
- Double sided tape: In some cases you can use strong double sided 3M tape, provided the surface is smooth and suitable.

How do I use my remote control and dimmer?
Your neon sign comes with a remote control and dimmer so you can easily control the brightness and light effects.
- Standard neon (1 colour): Switch the light on or off and adjust the brightness.
- RGB option: Choose a fixed colour or let the colours flow smoothly into each other.
That way the perfect atmosphere is always within reach!
What if my neon arrives damaged or faulty?
We do everything we can to deliver your neon sign in perfect condition, and thanks to our careful packaging the chance of damage is minimal. If your neon does arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us right away.
We make sure you are helped quickly and offer a suitable solution, such as free repair or replacement.
Is there a warranty on my neon logo?
At Neonsfeer we offer a 24 month warranty on all our neon signs (12 months for outdoor signs). If a problem arises, we will make sure you get a suitable solution, such as repair or replacement.
