Everything you need is in the box: a mounting kit with screws and wall plugs, and clear instructions. Drill the holes, hang your neon sign and plug it into the socket.
How does my neon sign get power?
Through the included adapter: just plug it into a regular socket and you're set.
What warranty do I get?
2 years warranty on indoor neon and 1 year on outdoor neon. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues with the lighting or electronics.
